"Pros: Exceeded our expectations. Sufficient toilet rolls, liquid soap, washing machine & dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid left for entire stay. Martin was in regular contact beforehand and booked our taxi transfer from the airport. He recommended places to eat and to visit. Gave information about bus routes and other modes of transport. Mid stay he checked to make sure everything was ok and at the end was in touch again. He is an outstanding host. Cons: The only issue for me was all the building work going on in the town which could be noisy and dusty. Some of the pavements were broken and roads too. As an older person I had to take extra care when walking out." ~Anonymous

"Pros: Straight forward, spot on and easy to get. Also liked the personal email ahead of arrival with a contact point if needed, was reassuring and made me feel like it would all go well. Nice touch Cons: Refuse collection in Malta is very different to the UK, seemed to work well and lots of plastics recycling bins through town etc, so not a problem for us." ~Anonymous
