"Pros: The manager was fantastic - very communicative and responsive. He provided clear instructions with pictures for check-in and always answered our questions promptly. We were also pleased with the room, which had thoughtful amenities like a hairdryer and a socket adapter. The location is a major plus, with stores, restaurants, and bus stops all conveniently nearby. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Cons: We were disappointed with a couple of things during our stay. First, although we booked a double room, the bed was just two lightweight single beds pushed together that separated easily, creating a gap in the middle. Second, there was no housekeeping service, perhaps because we stayed during the off-season. We were only provided with four bath towels, which was not enough for a week-long trip for two people." ~Cezary

"Pros: Nice powerful shower with just about enough hot water. Great kitchen facilities. Lots of storage. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Clean apartment. The host brought over more towels when we needed them, and arranged early check-in for us, which was really helpful. Cons: One of the rooms was too noisy to sleep in because whenever someone used a bathroom in the apartment above, it caused a really loud disruptive sound. The host communication before our stay wasn't the best. Quite a few times, when I emailed with a question (for example, asking about early check-in), my email and any follow-up emails were ignored. Sometimes, one question in the email would be responded to, while the other one was ignored. Twice, I had to call Booking.com customer service to chase up a response." ~L
