"Pros: great internet speed Cons: We booked the apartment for 3 people for 7 days, May 26 - June 2. 1. We arrived at midnight and didn't find the key in the keybox. The housekeeper forgot to leave it. We could contact someone from the agency with the help of the man from the taxi company. Somebody came with the key fast, like 15 mins. 2. Next day, on Saturday, we woke up "thanks" to the noise from the building next to our apartment. The building is under construction. They start working every day at 7 - 7.15 ( except on Sunday). 3. They provide toilet paper only for the first night and they didn't mention in the apartment presentation. 4. The iron and the hairdrayer cannot be used unless you have an adaptor for the plug. 5. There are only 2 pots of 5 l în the kitchen, so imagine how to boil 2 egs or warm up some milk in such a huge pot. 6. The second day we arrived ( on Saturady) we ask the company to bring us a mop to wipe the floor (it's dusty from all the constructions near the building) , a small pot, plastic bags for garbage (there was none). They promised to fix it right away. 7. After 4 days, on Tuesday evening, a guy from the agency came with the plastic bags after we told them that we will dispose the waste directly in the garbage bin. The guy promised to bring the rest ( mop, small pot , kitchen cloth) the next day. He didn't come back. Ever. 8. The internet didn't work for 2 nights afyer 10.30 pm. 9. The apartment is spacious. In conclusion: the aprtment is near many bars and restaurants. It is spacious but located in a noisy area due to the street and buildings constructions. It is not so well equiped ( especially the kitchen). The people from the company didn't help us much." ~Roberta

"Cons: My stay at this property was highly disappointing. The internet, touted as a feature, stopped working, and despite promises from the host, the issue was never resolved. It was really frustrating being ignored this way by the host. To make matters worse, construction works in the adjacent apartment kicked off daily at 8 am, with relentless drilling that shattered any hope of a peaceful stay. A cacophony of noise coupled with the frustration of non-functional internet made this experience far from enjoyable. Would not recommend." ~Ivan

"Pros: Great location, great communication from the hosts. The apartment was easy to find, has a great view from the terrace, and is very spacious. Cons: We couldn't get wifi to work, with the combined collective efforts of the entire property management team. Luckily we didn't spend much time inside the apartment, and didn't need internet that much. The water heater was also leaking a little, and there's signs of wear and tear on some furniture and bathroom fixtures." ~Sergejs

"Pros: It may sound strange, but the guy (for privacy reasons I won't mention his name) picking me up from the airport was something that made it all a great experienxe from the start. Yeah, I know...I need to review the apartment, but honestly, the first impression it very important. And in this case it was the person responsible for the meet and greet. During the car ride from the airport to the apartment we talked extensively about Malta (of course). It was genuine and sincere. Well, that being said...let's continue with the apartment itself. Location? It's officialy not in Sliema. Trust me, nobody can tell you were Sliema exactly starts and ends. But it's near the boulevard. You can find it with your eyes closed. Want to go to Valetta? No problem. There is a bus stop within walking distance. If you like hopping on a ferry you will find it near the apartment as well. Like drinking and eating? No need to walk miles. It's all close by. The apartment is clean and looks great. I didn't use the kitchen, so I might not be the right person to tell you about what appliancess you will find. I did see all the stuff I have at home. If you look for a specific knife (can't think of somebody who might need it but I don't judge), perhaps you will not find it. Or maybe you will. Who knows? Not me for sure. Bathroom was clean and evertything worked perfectly. I think I had more towels than there were souls in the entire building. That was fine. I did sleep very well at night. Was it because I was exhausted? Perhaps. But it was quiet as well. Overall the aparment was great. I didn't spend much time in it. Why would I? Malta is a beautiful place to visit. There is a lot to se, to explore, to do. And at the end of the day, you have a nice apartment were you can rest, recharge and remiscent. Cons: That I had to leave after only one week..." ~Z020
