"Pros: The host was very solicitous, always responsive and helped with all we needed. It was clean and all was in order. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is very central and it's possible to go via public transportation to virtually any place of the island. I strongly recommend it!!" ~Victor

"Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. Hamrun is a suburb with cafes and a great supermarket within walking distance from the apartment. I liked that there was washing liquid for the washing machine. (I hate having to buy a huge bottle just to use the washing machine once!) Cons: There's no lift/elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs to this apartment on the second level.." ~David

"Pros: The hosts here make you feel at home immediately! All of them were super friendly and the whole place was very clean!!! They explained thoroughly the main attractions to visit and gave us a map... The breakfast was amazing!!! Also one day, because it was my birthday, they surprised me with a cake this day! They even suggested a local traditional festival in a nearby village which we wouldn't know ourselves and it turned out to be the best experience on the island where we met actual local people (tourists are all you see anywhere else) and watched a spectacular fireworks show followed by a street feast!!! Cons: The rooms are only accessible by stairs (no elevators). About the room I was staying, I would like to have space to lay the towels and the swimming suits returning from the sea... You can only use the ground floor balcony chairs for that purpose (we were at the 2nd floor). Also there was a bad moist smell coming from the bathroom... Fortunately we did not have any cockroaches as I read the city has major problem with that!" ~Katerina
