"Pros: Straight forward, spot on and easy to get. Also liked the personal email ahead of arrival with a contact point if needed, was reassuring and made me feel like it would all go well. Nice touch
Cons: Refuse collection in Malta is very different to the UK, seemed to work well and lots of plastics recycling bins through town etc, so not a problem for us."

"Pros: Liked:
– Convenient location: just a 7–10 minute walk to the beach.
– Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking.
– Very polite and friendly hosts.
Cons: Disliked:
– Bed linen didn’t feel very fresh.
– Towels were old and not fresh; we asked for replacements and they were provided.
- Not very clean dishes — we had to wash them ourselves before use.
– Air conditioning is charged separately (€0.20 per hour). It gets quite stuffy without it, so we had to use it regularly.
– Slow communication from the hosts — replies came with a delay of several hours."
