"Pros: Countless!! *the neighbours were amazing. They love the area and so proud of being there. Really sweet, friendly, and helpful people! *Location!!! Valletta ferry's less than 10mins walk away and there's a bus stop 1min away. The beautiful Vittoriosa's 5mins walk. Cospicua market? You're basically… there! If you have kids, there are couples of nice playgrounds nearby *Surrounding! There are some dirty area in Cospicua unfortunately but this apartment's area was simply beautiful thanks to the effort of the neighbours! You wake up, step out, look around… and smile. The MALTA you dream in just there, outside of the door. Especially in the evening, it was so nice to see your neighbours sitting outside and chatting to each other til it's too dark. How lovely it is. And you cannot be a stranger to them, either! *Spacious. You have 4floors and a roof terrace. 3toilets, 2bathrooms and 2bedrooms. My 4yrs old was so proud of his own bedroom and the terrace. There are so much more. I don't have enough space to write all the amazing experiences there. Cons: Kitchen appliances were good but 2 crucial things were missing. a Coffee maker (any! even a caffetiere) and chopping boards!! And as they're busy, sometimes communication took time." ~Hikari

"Pros: We were specifically looking for a flat in this area as it had to be near the sports hall where we were attending a tournament. The plus point was that the flat was in a very pretty and quiet area. It was also close to the harbour, restaurants, groceries, etc. We immediately felt very comfortable in the flat and loved it very much. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Great bathroom. Nice little terrace where we had our breakfast every day. The host was always available and obliging and gave valuable tips. The flat looks exactly like in the pictures. Cons: The flat was equipped with everything you can think of and actually nothing was missing, but we missed a spatula. A spatula would be great for preparing food in the frying pan (for example eggs). Two things that didn't bother us, but might bother someone else: - You can lower the sunshade in the bedroom and the sun doesn't really shine in your face in the morning, but you can't really darken the bedroom. - The boiler in the bathroom occasionally makes a noise like a kettle." ~Daniel
