Just a short distance from the hotel the Bugibba and Qawra seafront promenade is packed with a variety of restaurants, kiosks, shops, cafes, Casino, National Aquarium, Diving clubs, water sport activities and there is also a small sandy beach. After dark there are plenty of waterside restaurants and lively music bars. The Mavina Hotel & Apartments offers hotel rooms, studio apartments, one and two bedroom apartments, most of which are served by a lift. Hotel rooms as well as the apartments have an en-suite bathroom/shower, a living area and a balcony or terrace. A portable air-conditioning unit is available in all hotel rooms, studios and apartments and is included in the price. Studio, one and two bedroom apartments have a kitchenette equipped with oven or microwave oven with grill, fridge, kettle and toaster. Hotel rooms have no kitchenette. All rooms and apartments are equipped with hair dryers. Amenities onsite for guests include a swimming pool as well as a children’s pool with a surrounding sun terrace. Malta's main nightlife area, St Julian's, is a 30 minute bus ride away and there is the main Bugibba bus terminus close to the hotel making it easy to explore. Free public parking is also available right outside the Mavina and there is regular public transport from near the hotel to take you to Valletta, Mdina, Marsaxlokk and Gozo. This popular hotel will appeal to couples and families looking for comfortable accommodation in a quiet area just a short walk from the lively seafront. Transfer time 30 minutes. A €50 euro breakages deposit per room may be charged against your Credit Card or collected in cash on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out if no damage has been caused. In the case of the deposit being charged to your bank the pre-authorised amount will be credited back to your account by the bank.
