What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive to our wishes. We celebrated a birthday during our stay (and it turned out to be the best celebration ever!) — the team went above and beyond to make the day feel magical, with heartfelt congratulations and thoughtful efforts that touched us deeply.
