Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Children under 12 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal-plan accompanied by an adult, excluding beverages. Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night is applicable additionally. This tax is already calculated and included in the booking price for adults. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. If the guests are unable to fulfil these requirements, the payment taken from the card may be refunded back to the card and the guests may require to pay directly at the resort.
