"Pros: The location is great — right across from the sea, which makes for a lovely view. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main road where you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, and the property is conveniently located around 15–18 minutes from the airport in Hulmale- phase 2. Good security to enter and exit the appartment and building. Keep in mind that this is a shared apartment setup ( which we didn't know😅) The unit has three private rooms, and you'll be staying in one of them. The kitchen and hallway (no AC) are shared, and there's also a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and cooking appliances. The room was clean, a bit small, but perfectly fine for a short stay. The staff were helpful, and communication with the owner was excellent — he was prompt in responding and quick to address any concerns we had, which I really appreciated. Cons: On the downside, the mattress and pillows were too soft for my liking. We also had a small incident that caught us off guard: upon arrival, we found someone shirtless sitting in the shared living area. It turned out to be another guest, but we weren’t aware beforehand that the apartment was shared, which led to a bit of initial discomfort. Another minor incident where the bed base broke which was a bit weird but then again it was sorted. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay, especially if you're okay with a shared apartment experience." ~Sajida
