"Pros: Little gem! This guesthouse is in an ideal location near bikini beach (1 minute walk). The staff go out of their way to help you. We were treated to a complimentary Maldivian dinner night and the food was amazing. They breakfast was great and they went out and got yogurt my daughter preferred aswell. "Pros: The location is very good even though it is not on the beach, you are 2 steps from everything, beautiful beaches, restaurants, activity centers. For those who want a vacation that doesn't resemble that of a resort, it's more than perfect. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, fan, TV connected to the internet with youtube and netflix. Wi-Fi internet is free and works very well. The breakfast is very good, the service is excellent, The owner answers all your questions, helps you with information and also helped us with reservations for the boat transfer to the island. Cons: Careful!!!!!!!!!!!! The property is not on the list of accommodation approved by the Maldivian Authorities and you risk not receiving your visa to enter the Maldives. For everything to be ok, it is preferable that in advance of your arrival at the airport, you ask the owner for a valid reservation (a document) at the other Nirli Villa property (where you will eat by the way) which is approved and for which you receive the visa. We didn't know and initially we were rejected at the airport, we called the property but because it was very early in the morning, they had a hard time answering and we had to wait over 2 hours at customs because they wouldn't let us pass. In the end everything was resolved and we arrived safely at the property. Although I stayed 8 nights, no cleaning was done and no towels were changed (you get both bath and beach towels on arrival. It's true that I didn't even request this, probably if I did, I would have received all the support because the owner and his helpers are very responsive to your needs. In the bathroom, water flowed on the floor when the toilet bowl was flushed. Sometimes the owner responds late because he travels a lot and is not available all the time. All these, however, were details that can certainly be resolved and your holiday in the Maldives and your stay in the Maldives will be a wonderful one." ~Ștefan
