You can stop by the bar. It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. Have a cup of coffee in the cafe and, who knows, maybe it’s going to be the best one in the city. Free Wi-Fi on the territory will help you to stay on-line.
The following services are also available for the guests: a massage room and a spa center. Sports fans are going to love a gym, a table tennis area and a diving club. You won’t be bored as at the resort you will find a ping-pong area, a picnic area and a barbeque area. Tourists who can’t live without swimming will appreciate an outdoor pool.
Want to have an excursion? Consult the tour assistance desk of the resort. The staff of the resort will order a transfer for you. Accessibility: there is an elevator/lift. There are other services available for the guests of the resort. For example, a laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, a safe-deposit box and a concierge.
The staff of the resort speaks English, Spanish and Russian.

You can request the documents necessary for a visa, the service is provided for an additional fee. Any additional fee will have to be paid even if the booking is subsequently cancelled, and all the agreements exist exclusively between you and the provider of the documents.

Christmas dinner (24th December) - 140.00 USD per adult, 70.00 USD per child (2-12 years old);
New Year's festive dinner (31st December) - 230.00 USD, 115.00 USD per child (2-12 years old);
Gala dinner (1 January) - 50.00 USD, 25.00 USD per child (2-12 years old).

The transfer is carried out exclusively by the resort's speedboat. Other forms of transport arranged by a third party will not be accepted.
