"Pros: Our recent stay at Cinnamon Hakuraa Maldives was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We had the pleasure of staying in a water bungalow, and waking up every morning to the stunning views of the crystal-clear lagoon was truly a dream come true.
We spent 4 nights in this paradise, and every day was an experience to cherish. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the food – simply exceptional. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, and we found ourselves looking forward to every dining experience with excitement.
The resort is beautifully maintained; the buildings and facilities are in pristine condition thanks to the hardworking maintenance team. The level of hospitality we received was unmatched – the staff are the true gems of this resort. Their warmth, constant smiles, and eagerness to help made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for.
We had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful staff members who played a key role in making our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Lalaji Jayamal Guruge, the Manager of Food & Beverage, who personally ensured we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Chathuranga, the Sous Chef, showed us such kindness and attention, always making sure we were enjoying our meals. One memorable evening, Chef Buddika prepared a special dish just for us – it was so delicious that we couldn’t help but finish every last bite and thank him in person.
We’d also like to appreciate Nayana, who greeted us with a smile every morning and made us a perfect omelet just the way we liked it. And a big thank you to Chaminda, the cleaning supervisor, for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen areas.
Every day, we were also looked after by a group of outstanding waiter staffs– Nihadh, Sajuvaan, Fairooz, and Keerthi. Their efficiency and friendliness stood out."
