Sunset Beach Residence with Pool at Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa is your very own luxury beachfront retreat – everything your family dreamed a holiday in the Maldives could be, and more. Designed to be like a private home, there is space in abundance; a private stretch of powdery soft beach, an infinity pool and even a rooftop terrace for star-gazing. A separate living room area adds an area to relax to the villa. This villa can be adapted to accommodate families or groups. A lockable master bedroom provides complete privacy. Transfer details (excluded from room rate): Please note that the property is only accessible by the following modes of transfer: Domestic Flight takes approximately 50 minutes from Male International Airport to Hanimadhoo International Airport and Speedboat transfer for approximately 15 minutes from Hanimadhoo International Airport to the resort. The return rates are: Children (2 to under 11.99 years): USD 600, round trip, inclusive of all taxes Infant (0 to under 1.99 years): Free of charge round trip, inclusive of all taxes Seaplane transfer takes approximately 75 minutes from Male International Airport to Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa. The return rates are: Children (2 to under 12 years): USD 600, round trip, inclusive of all taxes Infant (0 to under 2 years): USD 190, round trip, inclusive of all taxes. Seaplane transfer subject to availability. Guests must send arrival and departure flight details directly to the property at least 5 days prior to arrival. Please get in touch with the property for details on baggage restrictions. Children policy Children under 12 years will eat for free on Bed & Breakfast, Half Board & Full Board meal plans. Children above 2 years on the all inclusive meal plan will be charged USD 180 per child/ per night. Maximum 2 free kids per unit paid. Due to safety and privacy concerns the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any guests including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists is prohibited. People 12 years old and over stay for US$250 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
