"Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Centara! Traveling as a family with a young child and a senior (my mom), each of us found something to enjoy and relax with at the resort. One of the highlights was the resort’s very own house reef—stunning views, vibrant marine life, including fish, turtles, and even sharks! What truly made our experience special was the exceptional team at the Reef Restaurant. They cleaned the room twice in a day, which made us feel always fresh. Diving center guys, helpful and just amazing. Especially the special one is Mei (bird) Each of them was incredibly friendly, respectful, and committed to delivering top-notch service. Their warmth and professionalism truly elevated our stay. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! From Reception team all were friendly too, thanks to Duty manager (forgot her name) were super professional and flexible. Feel sad to leave the resort. Cons: While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The food selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was quite limited and repetitive. For a short 2–3 day stay, it’s manageable, but staying for a full week made the lack of variety noticeable and a bit disappointing. It would be great to see more diverse options introduced throughout the week. Another point is the Kids Club hours. It only opens at 10 AM, which made it challenging for us as parents who wanted to go snorkeling early in the morning. It would be really helpful if the Kids Club opened earlier to better support families with younger children." ~Yousef
