Featuring elegant over-the water villas with private balconies, AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort boasts 6 dining options, a spa and an infinity pool. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the resort. The resort also offers a kids' club and various water sports activities. Overlooking the sea, the spacious villas are appointed with modern amenities and wooden furnishings. The seating area includes a flat-screen TV and a sofa. The attached marble bathroom is fitted with a shower and premium toiletries. Certain villas have a dining area as well as a bath. Offering Malaysian specialties, Bila Bila and Sepoi-Sepoi provide casual dining environments. Classic Oriental dishes are served at Hai Sang Lou and you can grab a snack at Pantry at AVANI. Guests can try canoeing or have a pampering massage at the spa. Other activities include tours to surrounding plantations and mangroves. The little ones can experience indoor and outdoor activities at the kids' club. Airport transfers can be arranged at the 24-hour reception. AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort is 33 km from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and 80 km from Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. In the interests of safety, please be informed that all guests will be presented with a wristband at reception upon arrival which is to be worn throughout their stay. Booking is based on number of occupancy booked for that room reservation, any additional guest will be offered option of room upgrade, extra room, or extra day bed charge where applicable. Cooking and outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the villa. Pamper your taste buds at our restaurants instead. Children added in the booking confirmation are permitted to stay for free; however meals arrangement will be charged separately. As much as we love all creatures great and small, please do not bring animals or pets of any kind into the resort compound and individual villa unit. Please refrain from fishing at the Trunk and Inside Villa. If seafood is what you’re after, we’d be happy to recommend some of our favourites. The swimming pool is open for use on a first come, first served basis.
