"Pros: Nice stay in Brinchang area, accessible to Kea Farms/market and Boh tea plantations . We got free upgrade room from the receptionist. I asked for an iron & ironing table in my room upon check in and HK staff directly send to my room before we enter the room . The Receptionist Halo was so friendly and guide us on the procedure during check in . During check out around 8am also was smooth with receptionist staff (I forgot what his name) .
Cons: Car park at B1 & B2 was ok but B3 have some smell maybe near the pump room area. After check in we get car park at B2 . After we going out & back to the hotel from Tanah Rata around 11pm , B1 & B2 already full. So we try to get parking at B3 but B3 car park is creepy & smelly ."
