"Pros: Terrible experience. The dust on the ceiling fans was as thick as cotton candy. Both rooms had a lot of dust hanging on the fans. The power plug was loose and very dangerous. The hair dryer didn’t work. Other than that, everything else was okay. However, the customer service was also quite poor, responding to only 5 out of 10 messages I sent."

"Pros: Nicely located, clean and good view.
Very hospitable and accommodating host.
A bit on high side for weekday rate but its pet friendly and not too far from Tuas checkpoint. We were willing to pay the rate for these advantages.
Cons: A few small home like additions can move it from a good facility to a great facility. Eg a small mirror in the bathroom to shave, proper shelves in shower rather than stick on ones that drop when dispensing soap, a small bedroom light to turn off from bedside etc.. small things that will make it homely!"
