"Pros: I'm happy with the room and everything provided. Cons: I had a lot of luggage with me but the bell boy from Mercure Hotel didn't help out at all and told me I'm not a Mercure Hotel guest. I asked permission to just let me use the luggage trolley so I can manage my luggage to the room but he still refuses to let me use that luggage trolley and said I'm not a Mercure Hotel guest and I can't have that facility. The attitude is so rude and not helpful." ~Mr.

"Pros: -Spacious room with huge bed size. -Pool and seaview Cons: -stinky smell from bathroom water pipe effected all of room areas -less kitchen equipment. I think it could be great if there is water cooler and toaster provided -living room aircond not working very well" ~Sulizah

"Pros: Honestly a very comfortable stay no matter if you're a tourist in kk for a few days or just a local wanting to have a staycation around town (which I was). The unit has a complete and comfy house like design, and they have everything from microwave to air fryer in the kitchen. Also has a nice view of the sea from the small window in the living room (picture attached). Master bedroom has the view of Signal Hill and the main road going into town. There's also a couple of extra mattresses in the cupboard for bigger groups/family. We also went up to the rooftop restaurant for a better view of the ocean. They have affordable meals and a nice rooftop pool which we also went for a night swim. Would definitely say it's a super comfy and quiet stay for the price. Kudos to the owner who was very responsive and reachable throughout the stay too! Cons: None that I can think of" ~Jetlee
