Need to go around few times and make many calls to the staff. Cons: Bed not comfortable. Pipe line is at the wrong side of the toilet. Difficult to use. "Cons: The key collection process was confusing between the pdf instructing and the message to my WhatsApp...I had difficulties to collect the key due to this confusion.
