The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They patiently explained the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. Cons: One area that could be improved is the room lighting, as it was a bit dim for my preference. Brighter lighting would enhance the overall comfort and convenience, making the room feel even more welcoming and functional. "Pros: 2 minute walk from Aeon Station 18, super convenient to get food from the supermarket. Decent looking Japanese restaurant at the ground floor too, I would love to try it next time. The location isn’t very central, but good enough for me as I was looking for a place to stay near my friends’ house. I prefer this branch to the M Boutique Ipoh as there are more things to eat around here. Lobby decor is nice Cons: Small things, if I really had to point things out: I fed back to the staff that my room’s bidet was leaking - something that’s a very small matter and can be fixed by replacing the bidet. The mini fridge was really not cold at all. For my room the air conditioning was facing the bed so it can get pretty cold - having said that some people need it to be really cold so it’s not a complaint." ~Mei

"Pros: DISLIKES 1) The front sliding door cannot be locked. We have to put coffee table and a broom to prevent the door to be opened from outside. 2) No towels were provided initially but we have to request for towels to be provided. 3) check in a bit tricky. Need to get the access card at shop lot nearby. 4) lamp inside toilet in master bedroom not working LIKE 1) nice water park for kids & adults 2) nearby Saddam Restaurant" ~Abd
