"Pros: I love the setting, since I am going with my best friend who is a girl. We can have separate beds but still can chat because the air is connected 😆 from the attic to downstairs. Owner (Mr Charles) is responsive and friendly. Water pressure is excellent. Overall the place is clean. I park at Purple Tea House nearby. Even though there is night market on the street, the noise is bearable. You can't really hear it if you are chatting inside your room, unless when it is over 12am, as the night is quieter and we get to sleep, we could hear some light music from the night market. There is filtered water at the Chill Out Zone (at the back of the shop). Checking in and out procedures are simple. Access is also safe. There is a kettle for us to boil water and a common fridge outside the rooms. Pillows and beddings are sofr-based. Toilet is also well-curtained. Cons: so far so good." ~Lai

"Pros: The room was quite big and a nice interior. The pillows on the bed were good and the shower got nice and hot. Cons: There were no bottles of water. There was a kettle but no tea. The air conditioning did not work well, it was very warm in the room. And the outside space did not look cozy." ~Bart

"Pros: Everything is good only the location is best for tourist without vehicles, should have a notice saying it’s best to not go out after 5-6pm as night market is just infront of the hotel, the car will need to put further away from hotel and if early can get a spot but if u come back from other place when night market started, u will face a damn traffic and hard to find parking spot. However, owner is very cooperative and supportive as he reply fast to voice out solutions~ for that really appreciate it! Good location to go everywhere in Ipoh definitely! Next time will go there without driving a car OR will go around Ipoh with car till 5pm and stay at hotel as to not meet the jam and ready to park at nearby place that does not hinder the vendors. "Pros: Cute room. With very comfy bed and nice bathroom. Fan and air on both in room and placed to hang clothes etc Cons: The bathroom wasn’t very clean, there was stuff inside the sink and toothpaste around the walls. Otherwise you’d had a higher score" ~Theresa
