Good water pressure and constant hot water. Well equipped with kitchenette and washing machine. Safe and secure, you need to register with the security at the lobby and key card access is required for entry into mail room, lift access and carpark access. Good wifi. Cons: Should have stated that there is a rm150 deposit, that will enable consumers to make an informed decision as it is almost double the daily rate. Was told to transfer the deposit which I can’t as I am a foreigner with no local bank account, but host was accommodating and sent his staff down to collect and refund the deposit (in cash) in a timely manner.
