"Pros: The bed is big and so so comfy! If you just want to relax and laze around, this is one of the better accommodation. Cons: Was initially told that they only provide one set of the small bottle of shampoo and shower gel. Requested for more and the staff told us it would cost RM42/set. Thus, we ended buying from the nearby convenience stores. Very inconvenient for guests who had to pay over RM350+/nite! The hotel should provide at least 1 set of toiletries per guest for 2 nites stay or installing those bottles on the wall that could be refilled. It is a beach resort and the guests will likely shower at least twice daily or more if they opt for swimming or going to the sea. Couldn’t get any grab car after our lunch at a seafood restaurant (about 20 min drive). Location is definitely remote with very few grab cars around. We had to book a grab car from city for airport transfer." ~Margaret
