Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Peak period policy : A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the room rate for the first night will be charged on your credit card for every room booked within 5 days prior to arrival date. This including: weekends, Malaysian School Holidays, year-end Christmas/New Year season and other peak dates defined by the hotel such as Summer Holidays.
