"Pros: The location is great. Value for money. The shopping mall just few steps away is very convenient. Ample parking spaces. Easy access to the parking area. Lots of shops nearby for your convenience. Air conditioning is very good, the fan is working well. All the appliance in the kitchen is working very well. The WIFI is working well. I like that there is a lot of sockets available and smartly located. Utensils in the kitchen is clean and usable.
Cons: The TV remote only turns ON?OFF, you can't control the volume. There is no remote for the TV box. TV box is set to turn off every 1 hour. I would have given a rating 10 except that, I have to remind the host to refund me the deposit. This is my second time staying here and I believe the host should improve on this."

"Pros: The apartment is not big but spacious for 2 pax. It has coway filter water + microwave oven + refrigerator+ couch + TV with netflix. There is a wardrobe to hang clothes with iron + prayer mat for muslim. The shower + toilet room has hooks to hang towels & clothes. There is a mirror in the shower room & one more next to the wardrobe. The shower was under good pressure with an instant heater.
There are remote controls for the fan and AC, you can adjust as you like.
There is a small mall on the ground floor but there is a private entrance & lift for the apartment. Mall has a supermarket, Fish Manhattan, A&W, Burger King, Japanese restaurant & Ayam Penyet. So no issue to buy dinner & enjoyed it warm in the apartment.
Cons: Overall good. But if feasible the following could be improved. No dining table for 2 pax, but there is a dining bench. The shower head produces sharp water spray, therefore cannot open the tap for a strong shower because it causes pain. On a separate matter, some guests should be aware toilet paper is not provided."
