I like that they did not charge extra for parking, and that everything (food, drinks, spa activities) we're put on the room and all paid together at checkout. It made for a more relaxed feeling.
Excellent breakfast ( juicer for fruit/veg was a nice touch).
Staff very friendly, polite and helpful.
We fully enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

Cons: Unfortunately this hotel has no lifts. More importantly it had not air conditioning or fans that you absolutely need in this current weather!!!"
