"Pros: The location of the property is great. Its 1 road away from the main street, down the street is a convenience store and there is a cafe (opens 7am) on the opposite corner. There is a restaurant/ bar area across the road. Bus stop and tram close by.
Accessing the property is easy. Instructions are given before arriving. Very secure (locked gate, locked building door, locked flat door, locked bedroom door).
The facilities were good. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and dining table. It was clean. The bathroom is split in two which is good for shared facilities (never had to wait for the shower/ toilet). There is a bath with shower. There is an iron and board.
The bedroom had two sofa beds which were comfortable, a desk, chair and open wardrobe with hangers. Very light with big windows. Blinds with curtains.
I would stay here again.
Cons: The bedroom floor could have been cleaner under the bed.
The main bathroom could do with a little tlc but I suspect this is coming soon as the rest of the flat is very modern.
It didn't bother me but for anyone with mobility issues it might be a problem. The flat is on the 4th floor (26 steps per floor)."
