"Pros: Excellent - really no complaints! This is a very nice place, in a great location for the centre of Lodz, very secure and with everything you'd need suplied. Great communication with the hosts too!
Cons: The only thing that might do with tweaking, I think, is the translation of the key pick-up instructions from Polish to English, as these could be clearer - this is a Booking.com issue, rather than a host issue, though - when spoken to, the instructions make perfect sense - the translation of these provided on the Booking.com website are rather ambiguous, so maybe get your translation tech looked at, Booking.com!"
