"Pros: Absolutely clean flat, room and bathroom also the corridor you walk to get to your room. Pleasant and clean bed with additional blanket, everything seem to be new because you don't have any bad smells from anything. There is small table by the bed and the desk, clean fresh normal size towel and the feeling somebody cares about the place. The bed I slept on felt solid I didn't hear any even trifle sound from it or didn't feel that it's not stable I weigh around 90 kilograms. In the bathroom you have shower cabin and washing machine for clothes, everything clean and looks new. The window in the room seem to function properly if you close it after airing position you practically don't hear what is going on in the street. The temperature in the room was good enogh to sleep even though in the evening I aired the room then closed the window. The deposit was returned completely 400 zls the next day after the room was checked. Cons: Description and arrangement of the offer on booking portal. In the important information part of offer description they say that on arrival you have to pay the deposit of 400 zł (approx.100€) which logically gives you idea that after getting into the flat or the room or at least arriving to the city and seeing the place of stay, but no, you are getting the message that additionally to the money paid for the stay you have also to invest in deposit which would be returned after the check of the room - so the cost of stay is not already around 153 zł but 513 zl for a while before getting deposit back. The offer was without possibility to pay on arrival or at least possibilty to refuse after learning more peciuliar details about it, so you are not informed about any additional costs before being charged for the stay in other words you don't plan larger budget for the trip, you either don't travel or lose your money paid for the future service - this approach in my opinion is cheating." ~Volodymyr
