"Pros: The apartment was large and well equipped, only missing a microwave. It was in a good location. Instructions for entering the apartment were clear and easy to follow..
Cons: We originally booked 4 nights, and it wasn't until about 4 days before we arrived. we were informed they had overbooked and could not accommodate us. They moved us into a different apartment than we had booked for 3 nights instead of 4. We were pretty disappointed that this issue was not caught sooner and left us scrambling a bit to find another place for our final night. We were also disappointed there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience of having to change accommodation.
It all worked out in the end, and we assume this was a one-off situation, but it did have an impact on our trip."
