"Pros: Beautiful location, nestled among the trees, away from civilization. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Nice pond to swim in or just relax by. Cons: Give the property some LOVE. Broken lanterns littered along every driveway, BBQ grills crusted with food of previous quests, kettle covered with an inch thick layer of limescale. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful spot just needs to be looked after." ~Ricardas
