"Pros: This is a perfect aparment for persons who value their privacy and loathe the hassle of the hotels. İt is in a perfect spot in Siaulai a walking distance to almost anywhere in city center. Especially the Üniversity and city center. Cons: The kitchen amenities are a bit lacking and old and you do not have a microwave which is problem when you do not want to eat out. Car parking is kind of a problem until you get a hold of it because the parking signs around the city are a bit hard to understand. Last but not least the central heating is connected to the city hub when it is down it gets really cold, luckily you have an oil radiator to save the day.
