"Pros: Tranquility - the terrace is right next to the shore of the lagoon (a few passers-by pass by, but only a few). This terrace is what would make us come here again and again (this is the view you would like to have in your home). There were even swans with baby swans in the lagoon! :) It was a nice surprise that in the morning fresh muffins were delivered to the common dining room (which is in the main house and really nice) for everyone staying there. These things don't cost much, but when hosts go the extra mile, it shows care and makes for a better overall impression. There is a place for safe parking in the yard, but the nearby street is not busy, so even parking there seems to be quite safe - so there should be no problems with parking in this place, which is an additional value. Cons: Bathroom and kitchen facilities could be better. No, it's not bad now, but it feels cheap and economical, and it doesn't give the feeling of rural authenticity, nor does it give that "everything as I would do if I lived here" feeling of a good guest house), I just want to say that there is room for improvement. There is a considerable risk that your stay can be spoiled by vacationers from other rooms: a table outside is set up for them nearby, and when they sit there, the coziness of your stay on the terrace can be quickly destroyed. But we were lucky: the two families gathered there were quite tactful and did not make much noise, even with small children - thank you so much! Unfortunately there is not much possibility to avoid this risk, which is a bit worrying (and we would really like to avoid noise, especially in a place with such view like this!), but let's hope everything will be great for you, too." ~Rolandas.
