"Pros: Location is super good, right to the park near museum, easy to access the beach. We stayed at Easter weekend, therefore it was nicely decorated with buge teddy bears and easter eggs. Breakfast was superb, looked not too much visually, but a lot of options for all tastes and on Easter it had decorated eggs, also stuffed eggs that were colorful and left an impression. The property itself is a nice place. There was live music at the restaurant terrace in the evening.
Cons: Lack of care at some not nice moments. At the breakfast one oil bottle with herbs had a lot of mold in it, the staff did not even apologize, when I showed them. The pool had a lamp fallen out of place while people were inside, wires and lamp was floating in the water, and after calling the reception (via my cellphone, as I could not locate a phone in the pool zone, also there was no staff), the carpenter came after a while and looked for people inside the pool to help him put it back in. No apologies as well. The reception was empty at the check-out, and there was no self service available, had to wait and call many times, nobody reacted and we were in a hurry."
