"Pros: Location is perfect. Good size bathroom, very good working conditioner, beautiful interior, small cool kitchen. I didn’t spent much time in the room so it was not so annoying that space really small. If want to spend more time in the room, this apartment not suitable. Actually it’s really good just for one person. If would improver communication and add some closet (which is not possible due to size of apartment) I would really recommend this place. Cons: Communication not professional, bedroom very very small, no closet or shelf so clothes goes on the floor (very uncomfortable), floor was not very clean (should mention that other spaces was kinda clean)." ~Anonymous

"Pros: Modern, clean, comfortable and very nice, unless you like to sleep in (a little noisy in the mornings) and hot showers (ran out of hot water after a few minutes of showering) Cons: Noise in the am (cleaners vacuuming and upstairs neighbors) Hot shower doesn’t last more than 5min" ~Linas
