"Pros: The host gave very clear instruction to how to get the keys and how to enter the apartment. They were friendly on the phone and answered every question I had promptly. The balcony was amazing and it had a BBQ set to use. Unfortunately it was extremely windy and cold for summer so we did not use it Cons: There was only 1 elevator working so if you wanted to use it on a busy timing, it can take a bit of time. Hopefully by now the second elevator has been fixed" ~Oliver
