"Pros: Apartment is newly renovated with modern look has good location as everything we needed was close enough to walk to it is very well soundproofed so no outside noise is affecting sleep / rest . Owner was very accommodating and friendly . Cons: Only downside was the fact that its located on 4th floor and there is no lift , but manageable as we left pram in the car so didn’t have to drag it upstairs everyday" ~Edmundas
