"Pros: Budget accomodation in a new project house with free parking and quality wifi. Communicstion with owner was easy. We arrived after dark and found the oarking lot. I woujd recconend to draw the map where parking is located and where is entry to the house. It will speed up check in process. But overal our experience was positive." ~Helena

The host is friendly, responds quickly to all questions, and is very helpful. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back again. Cons: The only thing, perhaps, was the lack of large towels.
