"Zalety: Nie dostałam się do mieszkania więc trudno ocenić lokal
Wady: Po rezerwacji nie dostałam informacji jak mam uzyskać klucze. Na wysłaną wiadomość dostałam odpowiedź po 3 i pół godziny. Blok jest na starej zaniedbanej części miasta bałabym się tam zostać z dziećmi, więc po braku kontaktu z właścicielem stwierdziłam , że wracam do Polski. Żałuję, bo w planach mieliśmy zwiedzanie Kowna, wracam z Rygi byłam bardzo zmęczona drogą i musiałam jeszcze zapłacić za kolejny nocleg. Oczywiście straciłam wpłacone pieniądze. Właściciel nie czuł, że w takiej sytuacji warto zwrócić pieniądze za nie wykorzystany nocleg. Uwaga w przypadku tego lokalu nie ma zawrotów za zapłaconą noc i nie ma możliwości odwołania. Czuje się oszukana."
