"Pros: In my opinion, it’s overrated.
The location is excellent, and the hotel is very “Instagrammable,” but is it really that good? It’s just okay.
Why I would choose it again:
Great location, visually appealing design.
Cons: Why I wouldn’t choose it again:
I arrived at 14:55 and was told that check-in starts at 15:00 — I’ve never experienced this in New York, Los Angeles, or anywhere else. It felt a bit ridiculous and not customer-oriented.
Breakfast was so-so, and the coffee was undrinkable. I wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast again."
