"Pros: It's cheap and fine, separate room for this price in clean house is definitely rare opportunity. Old furnitures with lots of shelves, big table, "vintage" vibe like memories from early childhood at granny's place but it's not a disadvantage, just wow this still exists. Heating works well. Owner is polite and provided help when was needed. Cons: Could notice smell of dust or the stale air in sleeping room. Location is close to bus stops but problematic for suitcase on wheels because of asphalt quality. A minor problem that all the electric sockets to charge phone etc are far from beds." ~Anastasiia
