"Cons: I booked the apartment 1 hour before I arrived about 1900 saturday evening. On the adress it was none and over the telephone I spoke to a person that was almost impossible to understand, spoke very poor english, but I understood that it was an misunderstanding and no room available for me, despite I had a cofirmed reservation. Then I deside to find somwhere else for the night and two hours later I was in a room 8 km outside Kaunas. My saturday evening where destroyed. I have been promised that I will have my money back, but so far one week later Luko Appartment still owe me. I had a message later that I was offered another room, but that was to late for that. People, dont use Luko Apparment, they are not trustwordy." ~Sven
