"Pros: Thanks a lot! There is everything what needed and even more in the appartment, even some toys for a kid and chair for feeding etc. Cool! Beautiful, very clean, everything looks new and nice. Comfy and cozy. Nice host, easy to communicate and all information was given, did not even needed to ask anything. Good location, parking near. Place space was bigger then I expected." ~Katpynt

"Pros: The location of this property was the only good thing ik this booking. The owner was horrible, very rude, disrespectfull. Once we arived at the property, we called the owner to open the gate for vehicle, he regused to do so and requested to fill up the form with personal and sensitive information which seemed very strange to us as we have never ever been requested to do so in any other bookings ever. He requested a full personal information such as passport details from all of us. Once we told him we would like to cancel, he then changed his mind and let us in without the filled information that he requested before. this was very strange. He still requested to fill up the form within 2 days and when we tried to do so the link was not valid. i do not understand why is this even acceptable behavour of the owner, since when are we requested to do these kind of forms. Also the owner is not lithuanian at all and he did not bothered to speak in our language and show us respect at all. As I mentioned the location property was fine but not the owner. I hope he will at least learn in the near future how to respect people and be nice in Lithuania." ~Simona

"Pros: The location is close to Kaunas Old Town, which makes it a convenient place to stay. Perfect for a 2–4 day visit — comfortable, walkable, and good value for the price. Cons: There are curtains, but they don’t fully cover the windows. For some people, this can be a major downside — both in terms of privacy and the feeling of being watched. If you value solitude or don’t like the idea of someone possibly seeing in, this is definitely a noticeable issue." ~Pavel
