"Pros: A good apartment with a convenient location. Cons: We were unlucky with the building's renovation and the laying of pipes under the windows. The endless noise of construction equipment, you have to get to the entrance through a dug up yard. It's impossible to open the windows because of the noise outside, and during the day we have to leave the house to get some rest. And on the last day of my stay, the water was turned off without anyone warning me about it.
