"Pros: It was a very quiet neighborhood and only a short (15min) walk from the city center and all the attractions.
Cons: The walls were rather thin and luckily the neighbors were not loud, but if they were, you could easily hear everything."

"Cons: Everything is old and broken. The toilet seat is detached and lying next to it, and there’s an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. In the living room, the clock's hands are broken off, making it look awful. The large bed consists of two mattresses, leaving a gap between them. The balcony is a complete mess, with a broken table lying there, and no one has even cleaned it up. I do not recommend this place."
