"Pros: Good location, parking, easy to find a spot, apartment was very clean ready to live in. There was all things you need except shower gel. Cons: We find trouble in shower because there was not shower curtain, so it was very uncomfortable to shower, also beside shower are some electricity items so it's not even safe. Highly recommend for owners put some curtain. Also, there are very angry and very load neighbours, which is look like lives here usually, not renting, so we were forced to move sleep to 1st floor or even close all windows to get minimize sound from apartment." ~Petras
