"Pros: Great location, free parking. Smart TV, air conditioner and really comfortable bed. Cons: Could be a bit cleaner, dusts on carpet and floor. Some hand/face towels could be nice. Some things should be renewed or replaced, for example, couch is overused with wholes in it. Shelf doors under the sink are collapsing all the time. "Pros: The location is very good, close to the main road and near the church and Kurhaus (approximately 10-12 minutes walking distance and 2-3 minutes by car). The owner is super friendly and accessible. There was a TV in the main room, wifi is perfect. If you pay more, you can agree on more people than 4, if it is needed. Cons: Cleanliness, facilities in the kitchen, and not enough big towels (not for every guest). There were problems with water outflow in the shower. First impression entering the apartment was unpleasant, but later you get used to there. The owner recognizes some problems, he promised to fix them after our departure + to make the renewal of the flat in autumn 2025. So, comments are relevant as of today. The price didn't match the expectations of the quality we found." ~Justinas
