"Pros: This was the 4th time i have stayed at this amazing hotel and i will keep coming back to stay here. I cannot fault the facilities, location is brilliant around 10 minutes from the airport. Pools are always clean and an amazing view of the beach and sea from my room. What made this stay made me feel so much at home and wanting to come back is I suffered quite severe sun burn to my feet, which was my fault. But what made me feel and fall in live with all the staff even more was the way they taken care of me. Security helping me upstairs to my room as i couldnt walk without pain, the valet parking people seeing me and bringing my car to me straight away, all members of staff always asking me am i all okay, if i want anything from the pharmacy etc. Rana as always was amazing to me and always welcomes me with a friendly face and a smile and made me feel right at home, organising to get my breakfast delivered to my room free of charge as i couldnt get down to the restaurant without pain. All in all i cannot wait to stay here again, minus the sun burn and to see the familiar faces again who really treat me like family." ~Josh
