This light coloured, 4th-floor apartment has oak floors will provide you with a 55-inch flat-screen Smart 3D TV with 3D glasses and a seating area. There is a balcony and a full kitchen with a microwave and an espresso coffee machine. There are satin bed linens. Featuring a bath, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. It is 500 metres to Riga Central Railway Station. Riga Airport is located 11.5 km from the apartment. Private parking is available 250 metres from the apartment.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, that OldRigaLuxApart has no reception. Guests are kindly asked to inform about their exact time off arrival at least 1 day in advance to arrange for key pick up. Please note that guests traveling by car need to send car's plate number at least 1 day prior to arrival to get free parking.
